Making your Payment
We accept most major credit/debit cards, cheques and cash (in-store only). Please allow time for cheques to clear.

Shipping and Handling
All in-stock orders will be shipped within three working days of cleared payment. Carriage costs for UK; Bikes;A maximum of £15.00 (extra charges may apply for certain parts of Scotland, Ireland and any off-shore UK Islands eg Isle of Wight). Many bicycles are free of charge carriage. Accessories; (including clothing) £5.00 per order. Free over £35.00. Carriage costs are NOT included in the prices shown on our website however they are clearly displayed whenever you add items to your basket. A signature will be required on delivery. If you are out when a courier delivers, they will leave a card with contact details for your local depot to arrange a re-delivery day of arrange collection from their depot. Your Security and Credit Card Security
We offer secure facilities for you to provide us with your payment details. Orders placed via our secure server are stored and transferred via a 128bit encrypted secure connection. Payment will not automatically be taken from your card and giving us your payment details does NOT constitute a contract to supply. For standard (non-secure) orders, once received, we will contact you to confirm any payment details by telephone. It is important that you provide us with a daytome telephone number else we will be unable to process your order. At this point we will be able to confirm availability of your chosen items. All information provided is treated in the strictest confidence, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not keep permanent records of payment details once an order has been despatched.

Back Orders
If your selected item(s) is not available, you are under no obligation to continue with your order. We will; contact you to advise you of any items unavailable and give an estimate of the likely arrival dates. You have the option to cancel the order without cost, or, should you elect to do so, you may agree to await arrival of your selected items. If we are ordering goods especially to fulfil your order, we may request a small non-refundable deposit. You will be advised of the amount of this deposit at the time where we place the order for your item(s). Should we fail to supply your item(s) within the time estimate given, you will again have the option to cancel your order and any deposit refunded. If you choose to cancel the order prior to our estimated time of delivery, your deposit will not be refunded. Whilst we endeavour to only list items on our website which are available to buy, there may be occassions where our suppliers are unable to fulfil the order.

In the unlikely event that you should wish to complain, please contact the store, either by telephone on 01892 832823 or by email via our Contact Us page, addressing your complaint directly to the managing director.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with any product purchased from us and will do all we can to help should problems occur. Please note the following; All products sold are covered by warranty. We will replace or refund faulty items upon receipt and inspection within a period of 12 months from purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. It DOES NOT include damage/breakage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect or "wear and tear" or any other defacts caused directly or indirectly by you, the buyer or anyone else. For example, some items may require specialist fitting knowledge or tools. Our warranty would not cover you if an item became damaged because it was fitted badly or incorrectly. You are advised to seek specialist help for the fitting of parts. We will replace or refund goods which are unsuitable or the wrong size ONLY if we are advised in writing (email is sufficient) of their unsuitability within 7 working days of receipt, the goods are received back at our premises within 14 days of delivery, in the same condition as supplied with all original packaging/labels etc intact. All returns must be sent WITH A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE RECEIPT. All goods remain the responsibility of you until they are received by us. You are therefore recommended to only use insured/signed for delivery services. We are not liable for returned goods lost in the post. Any costs associated with the return of goods is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Indemnity
Specifications or price of any product can change without prior notification. You should confirm current specification and price BEFORE purchase. Prices between the website and in-store may differ from time to time. Please check as any discrepancies must be brought to our attention prior to purchase. Prices advertised on our website may be lower than in-store. Where this is the case, the online price is ONLY available to orders placed online.
